Chatham Subaru’s exterior is comprised of large glass walls facing the showroom wrapped in ACM panels, with EIFS finishes on the sides and rear. This new facility boasts a large showroom with office space looking down from above. Wall to wall glass for the lower level areas will keep this space feeling open and inviting, intended to provide customers with attractive, comfortable, and welcoming places to spend time while also offering needed services as efficiently as possible. The initiative is part of the new standard for next generation Subaru dealerships worldwide. There is a complimentary kids area, also equipped with digital notepads. There are glass-walled consultation rooms for the sales staff and an open consultation area for discussions with service technicians.
