The owner of Chatham Parkway Lexus desired a new automobile dealership that would set a standard for customer care and service. The building sits on Chatham Parkway and serves as an anchor site to a small commercial sub-division. The massing of the building was a reaction to the prominent corner site, as well as the importance of creating a signature facility for the client and their customer.
